How We Started

 

B2B Strategies was built from operating experience.

Our team began in the recruiting and staffing industry, supporting organizations across healthcare, life sciences, infrastructure, construction, and regulated environments. Working inside those systems exposed the same pattern repeatedly: recruiting costs spiked when hiring demand increased, execution became reactive, and outcomes suffered.

We later built and ran a sales consultancy, where we owned sales enablement end to end. That work included hiring, training, tooling, compensation, and operating cadence. It became clear that even strong enablement failed when hiring was slow, inconsistent, or misaligned.

Most clients were facing two problems at once. They were either overpaying for recruiting through agencies and staffing firms, or they lacked the internal capacity and systems required to scale effectively.
